1. Eligible cases

• Wrong SKU or pack size versus the invoice.
• Transit damage, soaking, or seal breach that makes sowing unsafe.
• Courier marks delivered but no parcel arrives after a documented search.

2. Not eligible

• Natural speckles, mild size variance, or foil scuffs that do not affect sowability.
• Delays from unreachable phones or mistyped PIN codes.
• Packets opened, mixed, or discarded before logging a ticket.

3. How to claim

Use Track & Support with your order ID, a short description, and photos of the outer carton plus affected sachets. We aim to respond within two business days.

4. Outcomes

Approved claims may resolve as a partial refund, replacement (stock permitting), or store credit.
