Cancellations

1. Before packing

Cancellation requests filed in Track & Support before packing begins can unwind with a full refund to the original payment method.

2. After label print

Once a courier label exists, cancellation is usually closed. Refusing delivery may trigger deductions for return logistics and spoilage risk.

3. COD

Repeated COD refusals without cause may pause COD eligibility on the account.

4. Refund timing

Approved refunds initiate within 5–7 business days; bank or UPI settlement varies by provider.
